Hi, I am Karin, also known as “Swede.”

I was about 3 weeks into the licensing class when the instructor read aloud the statistics of the high agent failure rate. I realized in that moment in time that my goal was not to follow the 87% who don’t get off the ground, but pursue the journey less than 13% of new agents take. To achieve this I wanted to know what the top 5% were doing to create businesses that soared.
The results: I closed more than 30 deals the first 18 months.
I went from having to choose between breaks on my car to health insurance to building a multi-state concierge business, moving real estate portfolios.
Bear’s given name is Larry.
Larry accidentally got into real estate investing when he was 15 years old and talked his boss into selling him a lot in a future development. He built a killer real estate business both as an investor and as a licensed real estate agent. Like so many others, the crash of 2006 brought his business to a halt. He was still reeling from a personal bankruptcy when he decided to go on a journey of self discovery. It didn’t take long before a woman from Australia called him up and made him an offer of a lifetime- within weeks he was on the international stage speaking to investors about purchasing real estate in the United States.
He is the original founder of HowToBuyUSARealEstate.com.

Does the law of attraction really work?
Absolutely! Once you understand what the law of attraction is, you will see how it, like all other natural laws, is at work whether you intentionally use it or not.
I have tried the law of attraction and no matter how badly I wanted something, it didn’t happen. How is this different?
This is one of the most common-and important- questions by people who have tried LOA but feel they have not experienced the result they desired. MODULE 1 goes straight to explaining what most often is blocking you and how to change it. This program is different because we not only explain each of the laws, but show you how to use them effectively.
How does the law of attraction benefit my real estate business?
Ever felt like you were in the flow, where clients were coming to you, deals were coming together, and you felt supported? That is you using the law of attraction, whether you are aware or not. If you have not felt this, you can likely describe the opposite experience, where you feel you are spinning your wheels and it is difficult to make consistent income.
