In this safe and sacred circle, you’ll be guided through expressive art and reflective exercises that honor your unique story — the beautiful, the messy, and everything in between. No painting skills are needed — just a willingness to show up, be real, and explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion.
Through intuitive mark-making, collage, color, and journaling, we’ll transform emotional “mud” into fertile ground for growth. Here, you are free to let go, reconnect, and bloom into your next chapter — all in the presence of supportive sisterhood.
